Anti-Poaching
Campaign

Location:

This fictitious ad campaign for the World Wildlife Fund takes a bold, visual approach to raise awareness about the poaching of endangered species. By replacing the poached parts of animals with impactful warning objects, the design creates an immediate, emotional connection with the viewer. The campaign also features custom-designed protest shirts, which double as wearable protest signs, enabling individuals to carry the message beyond traditional media. This concept not only draws attention to the cause but also turns everyday fashion into a tool for advocacy—showcasing how design can empower and inspire action.

This campaign was designed to use bold, public-facing visuals to raise awareness about the urgent issue of wildlife poaching. Drawing inspiration from the power of wearable protest and large-scale media, I created an impactful experience that encourages viewers to confront the issue and take action. By blending design with activism, this project demonstrates how purposeful, strategic design can create emotional connections and inspire change.

The print campaign was designed for large-scale spaces, such as billboards, bus stops, and walkways, to maximize visibility and impact. Three of the posters mirror the protest shirts, adding context to the poaching of each specific animal. My creative motivation behind this project was to use bold, public-facing visuals to raise awareness and inspire action on the urgent issue of wildlife poaching, demonstrating how design can transcend traditional media to become a call for change.
